By accessing or using luanaut.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our service.

Luanaut provides an AI-powered platform for Roblox creators including an AI Luau code generator, snippet vault, tutorial library, and community tools.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Luanaut
• One account per person - multiple accounts to circumvent generation limits is prohibited

You agree NOT to use Luanaut to:

• Generate exploit scripts, cheats, or hacks for Roblox or any other platform
• Circumvent Roblox's Terms of Service
• Generate malicious code of any kind
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI system
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Resell or redistribute generated code as your own product without significant modification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

• Code generated by Luanaut AI is provided for your personal and commercial use in Roblox games
• We do not claim ownership of code you generate
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before using it in production
• We make no guarantees that generated code will work perfectly in all situations

• Free tier: 20 AI generations per month at no cost
• Creator Pro: billed monthly at EUR 12 or annually at EUR 99
• All payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case by case basis - contact hello@luanaut.com within 7 days of charge

Creator Pro monthly includes a 7 day free trial. Your card will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

• The Luanaut platform, brand, mascot (Luma), and all original content are owned by Luanaut
• Our AI system prompt and platform architecture are proprietary
• You may not copy or replicate the Luanaut platform

Luanaut is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luanaut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Luanaut after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
